Everyone listens to music because it relaxes them in one way or the other. Young generation likes to listen to hip hop whereas old like to listen to jazz or classical music. All of these generations and all of the people listening to music all have some connection one way or the other to the music world. It may be that it reminds them of some beautiful time they spent with their friends and that music was being played alongside. Or it may be that some of the people might have viewed the music video. Now let’s suppose it was raining in the music video. Now every time it would rain most of the people there would recall the song. So if we observe a little closely there is always some kind of music there for everyone and there is always a special piece of music for all the people. People might recall songs when in vain or even when they are happy. So we see that the world keeps close to music for one reason or the other.
When it comes to types of music then there are many types of music. You can listen to jazz, indie, hip hop, R&B, rap and many others. So we can see that there are many kinds and hence the theory that different kinds of people listen to different kinds of music becomes true as there are so many different types of people.
The youth of today likes to listen to cold play, linkin park, snow patrol, the killers, 3 days grace, back street boys and many other singles like Eminem, Riana, akon and many more. Cold play is a British based band but it is popular all over the world because of its so good songs. Mainly the reason is that there songs touch the people hearts. They try to make songs keeping things near reality and this is why so many people love them. Linkin park an American based band started reaching the skies of the music world in the year 2001. Since then they have made several albums going at the top of the world. On the other hand when we talk about singles, Eminem is on the top of the world right now because he knows to rap so well. There are his several hit songs that remained on the top of the US music chart for quite some while. So we can see that there are different kinds of bands and different singles with all different specialties.
